We offer a range of classes to help you safely explore your spiritual side,  challenge you to grow, and discover the best version of yourself.  No matter where you are on your journey back to self, we've got you covered.  

We run classes both face-to-face and online.  We have recently acquired premises in St Kilda Victoria, Australia, so our face-to-face classes are run there.  You can also participate online via Zoom, by booking classes through this site.

Enhance self-awareness, and connect to mind, body and spirit.  Offered in person or online.

7 - 8.30 PM:  Healing and Spiritual Development with Catreeana

Catreeana has a profound gift for seeing people's truth and barriers that impact daily life.  Connect with yourself, heal with community and learn simple and effective techniques so you can move from surviving to thriving.  Maximum 8 people, bookings available on this site, in-person attendance only, at The Peace Zone hub, St Kilda.

Deep relaxation meditation, in person or online

7.30 - 8.30 PM - Meditation for Change

This is a subscription-based class for meditation that is based on the Tibetan definition of the word, which is the inhabiting of positive habits within yourself.


Saturdays:

10 - 11.30 AM - Sitting in Circle

Join us sitting in circle guided by Catreeana's body of teachings.  This peer-to-peer base class is designed to create a community of like-minded people who support, witness and hold each other.  So much power and healing come from sitting together in heart space.

12 - 12.20 PM - Sound Healing Meditation

Start your weekend feeling better.  Take a short break to ground into your weekend with beautiful Tibetan singing bowls.  Offered in person or online.
