Meditation and You is a weekly class that supports you on your journey with meditation whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cushion sitter.
Over the weeks we will be focusing on everything from the breath, awareness of your body, to the unbounded mind of consciousness.
This class will suit you no matter where you are on your journey of meditation but it's particularly friendly for beginners.
You're welcome to come to every class or just come and try the one.
